Doors and bar open 7pm, film starts 8pm
Our February main film will be Phantom of the Open...
The heartwarming true story of Maurice Flitcroft (Mark Rylance), a dreamer and unrelenting optimist, who gained entry to The British Open Golf Championship qualifying in 1976, despite never playing a round of golf before. He shot the worst round in Open history and drew the ire of the golfing elite, but became a folk hero in the process and, more importantly, showed his family the importance of pursuing your dreams.
'A hilarious, sweet comedy with a lot of heart and indulgence for one of life's true eccentrics played with brio by the very versatile Mark Rylance' Jane Freebury, The Canberra Times, Australia
'A shear delight' Charles Gant, Heat
Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for under 18s and are available online now.
